Quality Assurance Manager position available
At Montessori House of Children, we practice true Montessori method of education and we do not comprise on our quality programme.
We are expanding and our second centre in Waikato will start operations by mid May 2019 and more in the pipeline in other cities of New Zealand.
We are looking for a dynamic and honest Quality Assurance Manager with work experience in an educational business environment, with proficient knowledge and clear understanding with relevant work experience in the following areas:
- Customer Expectation
- Strategic Planning
- Human Resource Management
- Appraisal Process
- Professional Development and Staff training
The Quality Assurance Manager is expected to demonstrate the following skills:
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Team building skills
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Decision making skills
- Effective verbal and listening communications skills
- Effective written communications skills
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- High level of Computer literacy
